Charlotte is our home, and we hope to provide people in the area looking for their dream home a way to make that home a reality in an exciting and smooth process. We are passionate about providing every one of our new homeowners with the personal service only a family business can provide, and strive to treat our homeowners the way we would want to be treated, and build every home as if it were the home our children would live in.

After moving to Charlotte with his wife, with the hopes of raising a family in a good environment,
Eric Gutt founded Beacon Builders in 1998 with the hope to create a family business that approached building custom homes with integrity and respect. Beacon Builders has been able to make the process of building custom homes fun and stress free by building long term relationships with our homeowners and our contractors and by having clear lines of communication with everyone involved.

The relationship Beacon Builders has with our homeowners is the cornerstone of our business. We are able fulfill our mission of making your dream home a reality because we build a strong foundation of trust with homeowners.
